• Filmpitch – Filmpitch LLC also operates Filmpitch (filmpitch.ai), a sibling product under the same company. If you have a Business Pitch account, your account credentials and associated account data may be shared between Business Pitch and Filmpitch to allow you to log in to either product using the same account. This sharing occurs within Filmpitch LLC and its own products only and is not a disclosure to an external third party.

All third parties we work with are required to process data in compliance with GDPR/CCPA and other applicable privacy laws.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR and CCPA including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and opt-out where applicable.

6. Data Retention

Billing and subscription records are retained for the duration required to comply with applicable tax, accounting, and financial recordkeeping laws, even after a membership term has expired.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, secure storage, access controls, audit logs and PCI-compliant Stripe payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Minors

The Site is intended for users 16 years or older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

10. Trial Periods

Where the Site offers free trials, users will be informed of the duration and limitations of the trial. At the end of the trial period, access will end automatically unless the user chooses to manually purchase a paid membership. Trial accounts will not be automatically converted to a paid membership, and no payment will be charged without the user's affirmative action.
